Consolidate Your Contracts

MVP’s customized program service gives you the ability to consolidate multiple contracts from multiple industry groups under one easy-to-manage program. We’ll work with you to identify the equipment within your facility that are most essential to you, and then we’ll strategically design a program that best fits your needs!

Customize Your Coverage

MVP utilizes the concept of a self-insured retention, which allows your facility to pay a predetermined contract cost, and then accumulate—within the Self-Insured-Retention—all of those sums that are paid to vendors over the term of the contract—all while allowing you to choose who performs their services for you and when you’d like it performed.

If the costs exceed the retention, MVP reimburses the facility for 100% of the approved costs. If the retention is not exceeded, the facility saves additional dollars, holding onto those funds that would have been traditionally expended under service contract.

Track Your Savings

With MVP, you not only pay less, you track your savings in a real-time environment. This level of customer control allows you access to all aspects of your equipment maintenance program. We can show you how to save hard dollars on your current program and also teach you how to improve cash flow to your facility.

Additional Benefits

There are no restrictions on who you can use to perform services on your equipment.
If you choose the original equipment manufacturer, or a local vendor of your choice, MVP allows you to make that choice!

MVP does not require you to receive pre-approval for repairs.
You call who you want, when you want. There are no penalties for utilizing vendors, or for not contacting us prior to the start of a repair. We realize that you need to maintain your equipment in a timely manner and strict requirements of program managers only cause you extended downtime and loss of income.

With MVP, we don’t dictate how you utilize service; we only change how you pay for it!

“I was reluctant when approached about the MVP program since we tried an insurance maintenance program about 10 years ago. The insurance program created many issues that included delays in service and parts. We returned to our maintenance agreements and paid our monthly fees with our yearly % increase. We receive the same service from the vendor of choice without delays. MVP program tracks our equipment PM’s which helps meet Joint Commission equipment recommendations.
